1. Child Profile Management

"Anxin Learn" currently provides one exclusive child profile space for each parent account.

Q: How to set child information?

A:

1. Enter Parent Home Page.
2. Tap the Settings (Gear Icon) in the top right.
3. Select "Child Profile".
4. You can modify the nickname (e.g., "Bean") and gender.

2. Data Synchronization

Q: Will it sync if logged in on multiple devices?

A: No.

3. Multi-Child Management

Q: Can I manage multiple children under the same account?

A: The current version does not support switching multiple child profiles under the same account. If you have two children, we suggest:

Option A (Isolation Mode - Recommended)

• Register two different parent accounts (using different emails).
• Video libraries and points are completely isolated.

Option B (Shared Mode)

• Share the same video library and points.
• Use nickname changes to encourage children in stages.

Q: Will points be cleared after changing the nickname?

A: No. Points follow the parent account.
