Sharing Curated Collections: Posters, Share Text & QR Codes

  • The recipient adds it in seconds: They copy the share text in WeChat, switch to this app, and a confirmation pops up automatically;
  • Local files are different: Sharing works for online resources and streaming links; use Face-to-Face Transfer for offline videos (they can be dozens of GB).

1. Creating & Organizing Collections

  • What is a "Collection"?
    A collection is a second-level group inside a category. For example, under "English Starter" you can create collections like Super Simple Songs, Alphablocks Phonics, and Oxford Reading Tree;
  • Assign a single video: On the video's detail page, tap [[Collection]] → choose an existing one or tap [[New Collection]] and name it;
  • Batch organize: In Video Management, tap [[Select]] in the top-right → tick several videos → tap [[Set as Collection]] at the bottom to group them in one go.

2. How to Share a Single Video or a Whole Collection

Option 1: Share one video / one album

  1. On the video detail page or player screen, tap the [[Share]] icon in the top-right;
  2. A beautiful share card is generated, and you can add your own parent note (for example: "My child's favorite phonics starter — highly recommended for ages 3–6");
  3. Pick a channel:
    • Poster image: Generates a high-quality poster with its own QR code — save it to your album and post it anywhere;
    • Copy share text: Copies a WeChat-friendly plain-text message with the full course list, ready to paste into any chat;
    • Scan face-to-face: Show the full-screen QR code; the recipient opens this app and scans to receive it instantly.

Option 2: Share several videos / a whole set at once

  1. In Video Management, tap [[Select]] in the top-right to enter batch mode;
  2. Tick the videos you want to share (or select all of one collection);
  3. Tap [[Share Selected Videos]] at the bottom — the app packages them securely into a "Parent's Picks share text", so dozens of episodes can travel in one message.

3. How the Recipient Imports in One Tap

  • Way 1: WeChat share text
    Long-press the share message in the chat to copy it, open "Anxin Learn", and the app reads the clipboard and pops up:
    👉 "Parent's collection detected. Import now?" Tap Confirm and dozens of videos arrive, organized into their original collection structure!
  • Way 2: Scan or album import
    Tap [[Scan QR Code]] in "Anxin Learn" and point at the QR code on the other person's screen. If they sent a poster image, tap [[Album Import]] in the bottom-left, pick the image, and it's parsed in seconds.

4. FAQ & Privacy

Q: I copied a share text but no import prompt appears?

  1. Check the full copy: Make sure the share message includes its start/end markers and nothing is truncated;
  2. Allow pasting: Some systems (like iOS 16+) ask "Allow pasting from WeChat?" — choose Allow;
  3. Add manually: If no prompt appears, go to [[Parent Center]] → [[Add Video]] → choose [[Import from Share Text]], long-press to paste, and confirm.

Q: Can I share MP4 files from my computer via share text?

No. Share text works only for online videos that are publicly accessible (Bilibili, YouTube, streaming links, etc.). Local files are too large and device-bound to travel through a short text message — use Face-to-Face Transfer over your home Wi-Fi instead.

Q: Does sharing reveal my account or privacy?

Absolutely not! Exported posters and share text contain only the public video titles, covers, and playback URLs — never your account, device info, viewing history, or Parental Lock PIN.
